Booth Registration Open

The success of OysterFest is largely due to its many vendors and exhibitors, which provide a variety of delicious food (both seafood and non) as well as education and information booths about stewarding our marine resources and our communities.


If you’re interested in being a OysterFest 2023 Vendor or Exhibitor please begin by reading the following basic requirements.

Can our organization participate?

OysterFest is a non-political, non-commercial event.

  • Vendors and exhibitors must be 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations operating in Mason County, Washington.

  • Vendor proceeds must benefit Mason County-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations. OysterFest requires 1/3 of proceeds after expenses as a vendor fee.

  • At OysterFest, ALL vendors sell food or drinks for consumption. This is not a craft fair.

  • Exhibitors must fit the OysterFest theme of aquaculture, water quality, natural resources, public safety: no political or commercial exhibits are allowed.

  • All Vendors and exhibitors are required to show proof of insurance.
