ALL vendors must be nonprofit organizations operating in Mason County, Washington with vendor proceeds going to the nonprofit organization’s cause. Vendors are required to show evidence of $1,000,000.00 liability insurance to participate in the event.

Vendors must sell food or drink for consumption. Variety is encouraged to ensure best possible experience for guests and vendors.

Size:

Vendors must staff their booth for the entirety of the event; it may not be left unattended. Vendors are responsible to provide their own equipment for sales processing. All vendors are required to give an accounting of their income and expenses on a form provided by Skookum Rotary. All vendors are required to pay Skookum 1 /3 of their net.

Skookum Rotary reserves the right to include or deny any vendor at its sole discretion. Vendors are expected to be entirely self-contained and comply with all health & safety guidelines and laws. Vendors cooking with fire are required to provide a fire extinguisher for your space.

A representative from your organization is required attend the required vendors and exhibitors meeting on September 4th 2024
