Registration Information:
15.00 per person
Only one fee is required to participate in both Speed and Half-Shell competition.
The West Coast Oyster Shucking Championship and Washington State Seafood Festival goes through more than 6,000 oysters each year! Thank you Taylor Shellfish!
Saturday’s Speed Shucking awards: 1st - 3rd place at $500, $250 and $100 respectively.
Sunday’s Half Shell Competition awards 1st - 3rd at $500, $250, and $100.
New this year! - A second set of awards on Sunday’s half shell competition has been added. Shuckers are invited to select either the Hospitality Division (shuckers from the restaurant world) or Production Division (for professional oyster processors).
In addition to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each division there will be $250.00 awarded for best presentation and $250.00 for top competitor across both divisions.
There is a total of $2200 dollars in cash prizes on Sunday!
