ALL vendors must be nonprofit organizations operating in Mason County, Washington with vendor proceeds going to the nonprofit organization’s cause. Vendors are required to show evidence of $1,000,000.00 liability insurance to participate in the event.

Vendors must sell food or drink for consumption. Variety is encouraged to ensure best possible experience for guests and vendors.

30 X 20’ $200

If you’re interested in being a OysterFest 2026 Food Vendor please complete the following information and submit to Skookum Rotary by August 15th. Please note additional charges for larger booths are the following: 20x20 $100.00 and 30X20 $200.00

NOTE: In an effort to keep food offerings as diverse as possible and allow for our vendors to the best they can, we make every effort to NOT duplicate food items. Sending in an application does not guarantee participation, a Rotary representative will contact you.
